I loved the room with a balcony overlooking the main shopping street, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. OK, so there was noise from the street but we expected that and for us it just added to the experience as wanted to feel part of the city. The location couldn’t have been better for our trip with easy access to everything. The staff were particularly friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a choice of fresh and tasty local produce and there was a good local restaurant opposite the side door and a wonderful ice cream shop just opposite on the Main Street. Metro stations were nearby and funicular railway to the castle almost next door.

Though this cosy little hotel is situated on Via Toledo, a busy street, our room was quiet. Our room was also small but very functional (note we opted for the smaller room they have bigger ones). The bathroom was amazing with it's spa-like features, like the rain shower and mood lighting options. The staff is exceptional, they really look out for you. We enjoyed breakfast as well. Little taverna's surround the place, if you walk just a street up, you will have plenty of choices for amazing food for lunch/dinner. This is the perfect hotel for a long weekend, I cannot recommend it enough.

Location near Port ,shops&restaurants. Staff were lovely and allowed us to leave our luggage early in the am and we went on a tour to Pompeii. Our room was ready when we came back and our luggage was put in it. When we arrived off the ferry hot &tired the porter kindly brought up our bags and the got us 2glasses of water-very kind. Decor is nice & modern,large bed,nice en-suite.Adequate air con. We stayed in a room at the back overlooking a courtyard-quiet at night. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel is excellent. In a superb spot in Toledo just next to the Galleria Umberto on the main shopping street. Upmarket hotel - superb room - super comfortable beds. Room service was basic but fulfilled our needs as there was huge storm that night and we couldnt go out. We didnt have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Very helpfull staff and great communication to us before we arrived via whatsapp which was great (and new to me)

Unreal location. If you want to do Naples in style choose this hotel. Rooms are fantastic, I love that it’s all codes to access the hotel so very easy. The room was worth the money. Breakfast was also very nice. The location is perfect as you are in the main area and close to the harbor and some other stuff.
